She helped us buy our first home. She is dedicated to helping you find EXACTLY what you want and she will do whatever it takes, but at the same time will respect your boundaries and is never pushy. The process of buying your first home is very stressful and scary, so I wanted to take it slow and to make sure we made the right decision. Throughout my time working with Kim, I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision on a house. She wanted us to find the perfect place without settling. Even when I thought I liked a particular house, if she sensed I wasn't 100% in love, she would advise us to not make a hasty decision and think about it. I really appreciate and respect that about her. In the end, we ended up finding the perfect place and Kim made sure to accommodate us in every way. From negotiations to closing, we felt like we could rely on her for everything and she knew exactly what to and handled everything professionally and with grace. We had a condo that has been listed on and off for close to two years. In that time, there were minimal showings. When Kim took our listing, she increased the local interest and there was a significant jump in showings. She was honest with us regarding her opinions In regards to listing price, need for staging, and additional factors which made a significant impact on eventually selling the unit. She was also easy to reach and dedicated to making the process smooth. We live in another state which made it difficult for us to let people into the unit for staging, electrical work, and plumbing however Kim made it a priority to meet those individuals and give them access to the unit for necessary work to be completed. She was excellent throughout the process and we would highly recommend her to anyone in the future.

She was very knowledgeable and on top of the home purchase process from beginning to end! We wanted to close on the house quickly and so she scheduled quality inspectors immediately to keep things moving as fast as possible per our desire. She also followed up to make sure no one dropped the ball at any point during the process and slowed things down. She also responds to calls or texts with lightening speed! We were absolutely delighted to have met her and doubt that any other realtor would have given us the level of service that she did! We have previously bought and sold 6 properties in our lives. We were never as happy with the process of buying or selling in the past as we were with Kim! She truly is an expert! We would DEFINITELY use her in the future! And we were sad to not be communicating with her as much after the sale went through, because she made us feel like friends. We miss needing to talk with her so often related to the house!
